USDA loans are low-interest rate mortgage loans with 100% financing, so no down payment required.
Generally a 640 credit score is required.
You must use a USDA loan to purchase a home in a rural area to develop the community.
The income limit for USDA home loans is based on your area's median income. To be eligible for a USDA loan, you can't exceed the median by more than 15%. For example, if the median income in your city is $65,000 per year, you could qualify for a USDA loan with a salary of $74,750 or less. (15% of $65,000 = $9,750 → $65,000 + $9,750 = $74,750).
